right4staff achieves industry first with FTA audit

The FTA assessment focused on key areas relevant to right4staff's service to businesses within the road transport sector. These included responsibilities regarding European Regulation 561 that covers drivers' hours and tachograph rules for goods vehicles and obligations to Road Transport Regulations that ensure mobile workers comply with working time limits.

A compliance management audit and procedures review was undertaken at right4staff's head office in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, as well as a separate operating centre. As a result, the company's processes were found to be at or above the standards required by the road transport industry in respect to the management of compliance, drivers' hours and records, work qualifications and knowledge, and driver infringements and offences.
