Open CRM Benefits from VIA Communications Solution

OpenCRM, the CRM software specialist, has seen an increase in efficiency in the workplace since signing a deal with VIA, the business telephony and communications specialist. Under the terms of the agreement, VIA is providing Microsoft Lync with additional bespoke functionality to better connect OpenCRM’s employees across its offices based in the UK and overseas, as well as providing 24/7 support.

The Internet-based system replaces OpenCRM’s previous IP telephony setup and brings together voice communication, instant messaging, email, video, and audio, across a variety of devices, such as landlines, smartphones, PCs, and tablets. The whole workforce has been moved across to the system, allowing seamless communications across OpenCRM’s head office in Richmond, Yorkshire and its satellite offices in Swansea, Sunderland, Iceland and Spain.

OpenCRM opted for the VIA solution after seeking enhanced VoIP call quality from a system that seamlessly integrates with smartphones to benefit its mobile workforce. The company was keen to choose a solution that was easy to install and manage and was impressed by VIA’s highly efficient support and maintenance services.
