Infinite Codeworks Boosts Workforce Connectivity with VIA

Infinite Codeworks, the software development and web application expert, has enhanced internal communications and workforce productivity by implementing a new solution from VIA, the business telephony and communications specialist. VIA Voice has also improved how the London-based company works alongside a number of its clients.

Infinite Codeworks opted for VIA Voice, the Skype for Business application with additional bespoke functionality, to replace its previous hosted VoIP system. The solution unites voice communication, instant messaging, email, video, and audio, across a variety of devices, such as landlines, smartphones, PCs, and tablets.

Since adopting the solution, Infinite Codeworks has benefitted from improved client communication, with several of its key customers also using Skype for Business. The company regularly uses the conferencing facility and document-sharing feature to update its clients on multiple projects and maintain a highly efficient working relationship. Internally, the system also allows the employees of Infinite Codeworks to stay better connected when they are working remotely or are travelling overseas.

As a part of the solution, VIA’s unique real-time management portal is helping Infinite Codeworks to observe trends, evaluate the usage and productivity of employees, plus monitor costs.

VIA became the first UK-based company to offer a hosted communications solution that incorporates Skype for Business, which replaced the Microsoft Lync platform last month.
