Q Acoustics Teams-Up With Systemline To Provide Powered Install Speaker System

Q Acoustics, the UK’s fastest growing loudspeaker brand, is to provide installers and electricians with increased choice and accessibility to high performance installed sound systems, thanks to a new partnership with sister-brand Systemline.

For the very first time, Systemline E50, the single-room audio solution, will be made available in various packages alongside a number of premium speakers from the Q Acoustics Install range.

These packages will enable installers and electricians to enhance their own portfolio of products to meet the increasing consumer demand for fully integrated audio solutions throughout the home, which are supported by high performance speakers.

Launched last year, E50 features a stylish combined touch sensitive control panel, Bluetooth audio receiver and amplifier that simply fit within a standard 45mm deep UK double gang back box. An innovative motion detector also allows consumers to control various functions of E50 including mute, un-mute, track skip and volume level by various hand gestures.

Up until now, E50 has been sold with a pair of regular 6.5” ceiling mounted speakers. However, the new bundles will now see E50 paired with specialist in-ceiling speakers (Qi 65C) for higher quality sound, in-wall speakers (Qi 65RP) to provide a complete in-wall wireless hifi experience, and on-wall weatherproof speakers (Qi 65EW), perfect for conservatories and decks. All of the speakers made available with E50 derive from the comprehensive Q Acoustics Install range.

Installers will also be able to purchase a wide range of bespoke packages containing the Systemline E100, the sleek and sophisticated single-room solution that also incorporates an integrated DAB+/FM radio.

Alex Munro, Brand Director at Q Acoustics said: “In an already competitive market, these packages will provide installers and electricians the opportunity to differentiate from other competitors by offering a very wide choice of high performance speakers as part of this innovative range of built-in music systems.

“There is a common misconception that if a speaker isn’t housed in a traditional wooden cabinet, it won’t be as good. However, install speakers can provide an equal, and sometimes better, sound quality than stand-alone hifi systems. The optimised room positioning and reduced extraneous vibrations allows the consumer to enjoy recorded sound exactly as it was meant to be heard.”
