Incentive Lynx, the security services arm of Incentive FM Group, has renewed its prestigious security contract for Plantation Place, in Fenchurch Street in the City of London. It follows a successful 3-year partnership which has seen ongoing improvement and the delivery of high standards.
Plantation Place is 547,000 sq ft and is occupied by numerous insurance and finance companies and also houses retail units and restaurants. Incentive Lynx will continue to provide guarding services 24 hours a day under the new 1 year contract, and was re-awarded by managing agent Broadgate Estates in a competitive tender.
The site team from Incentive Lynx, consisting of a site manager and a further eighteen full time staff will continue to focus on providing a safe, secure and welcoming environment for all users of the building. New technology will also be introduced to improve productivity during site security audits.
Stephen Waud, Managing Director of Incentive Lynx said: “As with any of the buildings we manage, ensuring we deliver a fantastic service experience alongside keeping the building and its occupiers safe and secure is our biggest challenge. We meet this by investing in the training of our people with bespoke customer service training, the latest security and anti-terror training and by ensuring we have up to date intelligence on the current threats to the City. In addition, we are leveraging new technology that allows us to focus on operations and reduce time spent on non-essential tasks such as administration.”
