VEKA Recycling presents PVC-U pellet at the PRE Show
An industry leader in recycling post-industrial and post-consumer window frame material, VEKA Recycling offers a dependable service, working with window and waste companies to ensure waste PVC is diverted from landfill.
Material is processed to a high standard of purity at its Kent site, so it can be used to manufacture new windows, as well as a wide range of other long-life PVC-U goods, such as building, roofline and cabling/ducting products.
The average PVC-U window has a lifespan of around 35 years and can be recycled up to ten times, effectively giving the material a 350-year lifespan. This makes PVC-U one of the most sustainable products currently available in the building and home improvement market.
“As the first dedicated show for plastics recycling professionals, the PRE event puts us in front of brand owners, buyers and manufacturers seeking a consistent and reliable supply of quality recycled PVC-U products,” says Simon Scholes, Business Administration Manager for VEKA Recycling.
He adds: “We’re looking forward to meeting potential customers and discussing their requirements for new supply contracts. With a firm commitment to our UK operation, we’re seeking long-term supply partnerships with clients who share our ethos. We’re proud to close the loop on PVC-U recycling.
VEKA Recycling welcomes enquiries at its stand F09 on June 18th and 19th at The International Centre in Telford.
