PharmaLex UK is the new name of Wainwright Associates
The change of name demonstrates our commitment to the wider PharmaLex Group and supports our on-going commitment to excellence in regulatory affairs, development consulting, scientific affairs and pharmacovigilance

London, UK – 29 September, 2016 – On the 28th September 2016, Wainwright Associates Limited formally changed name to become PharmaLex UK Services Limited.
The change of name is the culmination of an exciting year for the company. In August 2015, Wainwright Associates Limited became part of the YES Pharma Services group. In October 2015, YES Pharma Services GmbH merged with PharmaLex GmbH, a leading service provider for the pharmaceutical industry. The newly formed European group has become the PharmaLex Group.
We are very proud of our heritage and it remains key to our success over the past 17 years. The new international structure and associated brand represent another positive step. As part of the PharmaLex Group, we will be able to offer a number of further advantages for our clients, present and future. These include;
- more flexible staffing solutions will provide us with an even larger pool of knowledgeable experts enabling a better fit with different project workflow phases and framework conditions – whether through the complete externalisation of activities, on‐site or a scalable mixture of the two scenarios.
- an enhanced service portfolio will be available – we offer a complete range of solutions for development consulting, scientific affairs, regulatory affairs, and pharmacovigilance – all from a single, unified service provider.
- a global reach whilst retaining a local presence – with 19 international offices already in operation, the new group will continue to develop local affiliates in key geographical regions.
