SWC WINS CONTRACT AT ICONIC LANDMARK IN BIRMINGHAM

Specialist window cleaning, the window cleaning arm of Incentive FM Group, has expanded its portfolio to the Midlands, having won a contract to provide a range of services at The Cube, an iconic landmark which is widely considered to be one of the most compelling additions to Birmingham’s ever-changing skyline.

Under the terms of the deal SWC, will provide window cleaning for the 25-storey structure utilising abseiling techniques and external building maintenance units to ensure the beauty of the building’s iconic jewel-like exterior.

Commenting on the award Doug Wattleworth, Senior Facilities Manager at The Cube said: “The Cube is a world-class destination located in the heart of the city so it is vital that it enjoys the highest levels of cleanliness. Its award-winning design can create challenges for this but SWC has the skills and expertise to deliver what we need.”
