SOMERSET HOUSE TRUST EXTENDS CONTRACT WITH INCENTIVE FM
Incentive FM, the leading independent facilities management business, has been awarded a contract extension at Somerset House on the Strand, London. It follows a successful four-year period during which Incentive FM has worked closely with The Somerset House Trust, which was established in July 1997 to conserve and develop Somerset House and the open spaces around it for the public.

Under the terms of the new deal Incentive FM will provide cleaning and maintenance services to support the Trust and its tenants, as well the many and varied events that take place on site. These events include cinema nights, gigs, exhibitions and the world-famous courtyard ice rink running through the winter months.

They help us to ensure that an outstanding visitor experience is delivered every day.”
