Lewis Silkin selects MSS for combined maintenance and H&S solution

Lewis Silkin, the renowned firm of solicitors specialising in corporate and commercial law, has awarded a three-year contract worth around £500,000 to Managed Support Services (MSS).

Under the agreement, MSS will provide an integrated solution that covers both maintenance and health and safety at the company's headquarters in London.

MSS will provide planned preventative and reactive maintenance services at the seven-storey office building located on Chancery Lane. The contract covers a full range of mechanical and electrical maintenance across all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fire alarms, building management system and uninterruptible power supplies.

In addition, MSS will provide a full health and safety solution on site including audit, inspection, risk assessment, policy development and accident management. This ongoing process will also identify any gaps in staff training that need to be addressed, which will then be delivered via a mix of interactive online and classroom courses.
