Keysource, the leading specialist in the design, build, optimisation and on-going management of data centres, has successfully retained its Investors in People certification for a further 3 years, in recognition of its commitment to staff development and training. As part of the process the company received special praise for the motivation of its people and its strong communication across all levels.

The Investors in People Standard provides a practical framework for improving business performance and competitiveness through good practice in people management. Keysource, who employs 95 people at its head office in Horsham, West Sussex, was first awarded the accreditation in 2009, joining 22,000 like-minded companies in the UK. Jon Barton, Finance Director at Keysource, said: “Some of the feedback we received this year was that our people are really prepared to put in the effort to ensure that success was achieved. It is satisfying to see that our workforce’s high level of commitment to the success of both the firm and our customers is being recognised.

At Keysource we have no doubt that good people management practice, with a strong emphasis on employee development, encourages growth, profitability and efficiency.” John Telfer, Managing Director of Investors in People South, said: “This award is a celebration of both management and staff learning from each other and collaborating together to create an efficient and enjoyable working environment. I look forward to hearing about further success and award recognition from Keysource in the future.”
