Incentive QAS Strengthens Management Team with Two Key Appointments

Incentive QAS, the cleaning arm of leading independent facilities management company Incentive FM, has appointed two senior members of staff to support the future growth of the business. Lee Douglas has been appointed Regional Manager and Nick Shead has joined the company as Operations Manager.

Lee has been working within the cleaning industry since 1998, previously spending 12 years working for Lancaster Office Cleaning. In his new position, Lee will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse but vibrant account portfolio across London and the South East that includes Marks & Spencer and Johnson Matthey.

Nick is the second new member of the growing Incentive QAS management team.  Whilst spearheading the company’s operations across the UK, Nick will be able to call upon 17 years of experience within the industry, where he has developed a full understanding of the need for a quality service provision and a commitment to deliver the highest level of customer service.
