Incentive QAS successfully mobilised a range of cleaning services at a major multi-story office building in just seven days after securing a new contract with CBRE, the leading international real estate services and investment firm. The specialist cleaning company was awarded a three-year deal to deliver a range of bespoke solutions at 12 Arthur Street in London.

Upon being awarded the contract, Incentive QAS efficiently assembled a brand-new team of cleaning operatives and ensured they were inducted, trained and fully prepared to work to an exceptional standard within just a week, which met CBRE’s required short timeframes.

The remit includes periodic cleaning of all communal areas, the reception, toilets, shower rooms, as well as waste management, washroom services, consumables supply and pest control. In addition, Incentive QAS will also provide internal and external window cleaning via Building Maintenance Units (BMUs).

The CBRE Building Manager at 12 Arthur Street, said: “We chose to work alongside Incentive QAS because the company has a proven track record and we had confidence that the mobilisation process would be smooth and efficient. This certainly proved to be the case and we now look forward to a successful ongoing partnership as the building re-populates.”

Jamie Wright, Managing Director at Incentive QAS commented: “This rapid and successful mobilisation demonstrates we have the flexibility to quickly adapt to meet our clients’ requirements, regardless of timeframes.

“Our innovative approach guarantees we can deliver excellent solutions whilst driving further efficiencies. This combination is highly appealing for property management companies and their tenants.”
