Incentive FM Awarded Contract Extension With Premium Business Law Firm

Under the terms of the agreement, Incentive FM will continue to provide a wide range of facilities management services across the firm’s three UK offices in London, Leeds and Manchester. This includes office cleaning, waste management, washroom services, internal and external window cleaning, pest control, mechanical and electrical maintenance, project work and associated services.
 
Since the start of the relationship with Addleshaw Goddard in 2015 Incentive FM has been building on its strong foundation of services. In 2016, the company demonstrated its flexibility when it was called upon to support the move and mobilisation of two of Addleshaw Goddard’s offices in Manchester and Leeds. This included restructuring the team to facilitate the changing environment and new levels of expectation. The team was also used to self-deliver the decommissioning of the Manchester office to hand back to the building owner.
