INCENTIVE FM APPOINTS NEW TECHNICAL ANALYST

Incentive FM, the UK’s leading independent facilities management company, has further strengthened its commercial team with the appointment of James Lack, who joins the business as Technical Analyst. This move will allow the organisation to capitalise on new opportunities as it continues the next phase of its growth.


James will be supporting the commercial team with all new business development opportunities, as well as being the conduit for hard services best practice delivery at contract level. He will assist with all contract leads and act as bid manager for all new business opportunities. As part of a broader remit he will also support the business in other areas such as analysis and planning.
 
James has extensive experience in bid management and business development in the FM sector. This includes a number of years at Bilfinger as Bid and Development Manager working in the FM division covering pricing, managing and writing M&E and FM bids.
 
Commenting on his new role, James said: “I’m looking forward to flourishing in this new role and helping the organisation to successfully hit its growth targets over the coming years.”
