INCENTIVE FM APPOINT NEW REGIONAL MANAGER IN THE NORTH WEST
Incentive FM, the UK’s leading independent facilities management company, has appointed Kayleigh Thompson as the new Regional Manager for the North West.

Her key responsibilities will include leading the Facilitie Managers and their respective teams to ensure successful operations in the field, high levels of customer engagement to maintain and improve our trusted advisor status, to communicate and deliver company objectives, and maintaining the high standards of Incentive FM across the region.
Kayleigh’s experience in the industry spans nearly nine years, when she worked as contract Manager for another national FM providor, where she was responsible for the management of 80 contractors, budgetary management and liaison with regional and general managers. Before this Kayleigh served in the armed forces for four years as an Engineering Technician.
Commenting on her role, Kayleigh said: “Everyone at Incentive FM has been extremely welcoming and has made me feel part of the team from the off. I look forward to my future with them.”
