Incentive Appoints Senior Consultant

Incentive FM Consultancy, part of the Incentive FM Group, has appointed a senior Facilities Management, Procurement Strategy and Delivery professional to join its award-winning team. This follows significant growth over the past 12 months which will see the consultancy business turnover grow to more than £500k this year.

Marcus Hill takes the role of Director with a remit to support the growing number of consultancy project wins and also to identify new market opportunities. An experienced consultant, Marcus previously held senior roles at Capita and Comet Consulting.

Commenting on his appointment Jeremy Waud, Chairman at Incentive FM Group, said: “Our consultancy business is experiencing strong growth including movement into new markets such as Higher Education and Residential projects in additional to our traditional Retail, Commercial and Sport sector Project Management and procurement clients. It is vital that we have the right people in place to ensure that we continue to deliver best practice solutions and real cost benefits. Marcus has proven experience in the sector and will be a great asset working alongside Jessica Strawbridge, Bill Pollard and the team.”
