Game changing innovations in energy and carbon efficiency receive top spots at industry Cooling Awards

In the Innovation category the Artus solution, which has been developed to support the reduction of embodied carbon and energy consumption in the built environment, was recognised by the judges as: “True innovative design …with real world impact and ability to be deployed at scale”. This reinforces the Artus mission to design and deliver sustainable low-carbon solutions, both in its production and operation, for the construction industry. 

In the Air Conditioning Product of the Year category, the judges stated: “The packaged arrangement is a great idea which can save installation time on site and ensure control valves are installed in a factory environment” Uniquely designed to provide the built environment with an all-in-one solution, the AR75, like the original AR60 model, is able to provide precision air flow coverage.

Roger Olsen, Chief Technology Officer (CFO) of Artus and solution designer said: “The original concept for the Artus solution was to design a product that had a sustainability ambition at its core. We need to find better ways to get to net zero across our industry, whilst simultaneously creating environments where people can and want, to work and live. It has taken a while and a lot of hard work from the team but I am delighted with the AR75 and how it has been received. It is compact, powerful, practical and excellent for energy and carbon.  The impact it is having on the design and comfort of building environment is already very positive.”
