Huddersfield electricians welcome new faces to the office

Huddersfield-based Ti Installations has welcomed two new employees to the team, to support the company as it continues to grow.

Experienced businesswoman Stephanie Rose will now coordinate all office-based operations, freeing up more time for Ti’s electricians to be out on site with commercial and domestic customers.

Her career – which has spanned time spent in both Yorkshire and London – has seen Stephanie amass a wealth of knowledge. She has worked for a health and safety specialist, for example, which will complement Ti’s commitment to delivering the highest on-site standards and training. She has also developed strong customer relationship management skills, plus general office administration experience.

Her new role will see her ensuring the office ticks along smoothly whilst the team are out supporting clients. She is responsible for handling the ever-increasing number of web and telephone enquiries that Ti is receiving, as well as booking appointments, progressing employees’ personal development plans and managing Ti’s website and social media accounts. She is helping to spearhead Ti’s new maintenance programme too – a clever tool which seamlessly schedules planned service appointments, whilst organising more reactive call-outs and emergencies. 

City & Guilds qualified electrician Jonathan Scott is the second new recruit. He joins Ti to help service the increasing number of projects being won throughout the UK. Local to Yorkshire, Jonathan is ideally situated to support domestic customers throughout the region, and centrally located to work on national commercial contracts too.

A talented industry professional, multi-skilled electrician Jonathan is well-equipped to uphold the standards for which Ti has become renowned. Joint managing director Mark Copley explains: “Like us, Jonathan demonstrates a real passion for completing jobs to the highest possible standard. He realises the dangers associated with cutting corners in the electrical industry, so works hard to educate customers as to the importance of safety and professionalism.”

Fellow managing director Kris Johnson adds: “We had originally planned to recruit another electrician and office administrator in the first quarter of 2015. However we are completing one successful project after another, which creates more word of mouth recommendations and stimulates additional enquiries for us to follow up on. Things are going very well, so we’ve brought the appointments forward.

“Our recent ‘new business of the year’ commendation at the Huddersfield Examiner Business Awards, evidences how far our company has come in only a short time, and it seems more and more clients are buying in to the transparent, multi-disciplined, cost-effective service we have to offer, as a result.”
