Oxygen announces the appointment of Tony McCurley as Strategic Consultant

Oxygen has appointed Tony McCurley as Strategic Consultant to advise clients on investment strategies and transactions.  

Tony brings huge experience to the Oxygen team, having specialised in the property investment and development sector of the Central London market, with a focus on the City, Midtown and the London Docklands for over 35 years.  He has handled over £28 billion of investment transactions, land purchases and sales and some 10 million sq ft of development projects in London, as well as extensive experience in the restructuring of ground leases, planning applications and development and investment funding for large schemes.

Tony has held partner positions at many of the large agencies in London including Managing Director of CBRE’s Central London division and a member of its Executive Board.
