Keyline Recruits to support growth in Scotland and the North of England

Keyline, the leading specialist supplier of heavy building materials, rail materials, civils and drainage solutions, has appointed Brian Fairley to support and further the growth of its rail business in Scotland and the North of England.

Keyline, the leading specialist supplier of heavy building materials, rail materials, civils and drainage solutions, has appointed Brian Fairley to support and further the growth of its rail business in Scotland and the North of England. Brian has been appointed as National Rail Manager, North. His remit is to continue the company’s expansion supporting Keyline Depots and existing customers whilst playing a pivotal role in the Keyline National Rail Division’s wider supply chain. He will be based at the Keyline Glasgow office.

Brian has over 30 years sales experience in the construction industry including manufacturing, contracting and merchanting. He joins from Lightways (Contractors) in Larbert where he was Business Development Manager, working with a range of customers within the local authorities and utilities sector.

Prior to that he was Regional Manager for Build Center, part of the Wolseley Group, responsible for the operation, sales & profitability in Scotland. Richard Wade, Rail Sector Manager at Keyline commented: “Our specialist rail division has seen business double in the past 12 months making us the unrivalled merchant market leader in the sector. Ensuring that we have the right people on board, such as Brian, is vital to this ongoing success.”
