The company has been awarded a major fast-track £13.5 million office fit out in Abu Dhabi for Daman – the National Health Insurance Company. The project sees ISG, working alongside designers Bluehaus, to create a new headquarters for the region’s leading specialised health insurance provider, which has more than 2.4 million members in the UAE.

The project involves the complete fit out of Finance Tower in the ADNEC Exhibition Area of Abu Dhabi, delivering 19 floors of high specification commercial office accommodation, totalling 230,000 sq ft in area. ISG will create a large auditorium for conferencing and to facilitate staff training sessions, on site data center, as well as a sizeable canteen facility and associated commercial kitchen. The scheme also includes complex structural elements, with a reconfiguration at mezzanine level to infill a double height atrium space to provide an increased floor plate.

ISG has also secured a prestigious project in the UAE capital to deliver the new headquarters for Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi). The circa £9 million scheme sees ISG fit out 14 floors within Nation Towers, a new Grade A office development near the southern end of the city’s stunning Corniche.

The 150,000 sq ft commercial office fit out, from shell and core, encompasses the delivery of high specification accommodation across an accelerated timeframe, within strict budgetary constraints. ISG has worked closely with TCA Abu Dhabi, alongside project designers Bluehaus, to develop the contemporary office scheme, which incorporates high quality materials, including book matched veneered joinery panelling and stone floor inlays, as well as advanced IT infrastructure and efficient building services.
