Encon enhances its sales force

As part of its drive to be The distributor and employer of choice, Encon has appointed a regional sales director for the north of the UK.

Marina Campbell joins as regional sales director for Scotland, Northern Ireland, North East England and Yorkshire, taking direct responsibility for the external sales force across both Encon Insulation and Nevill Long.

"I had already met and worked with many of the talented people within Encon and was aware how important people were to the company,” she said. “It’s very exciting to be given the opportunity to join a company that is so focussed on both their customers and their people in the same way, aiming to be number one with both. I am very much looking forward to being part of the team and achieving these aims.”

Based out of Encon’s Glasgow branch, she brings a total of more than 20 years’ sales and management experience in paint and food manufacturing as well as insulation.
