EUROSTAFF EXPANDS INTO THE NETHERLANDS

International recruitment specialists Eurostaff, Staffgroup’s technology brand and part of Cordant Group, has opened a new office in Utrecht, in the Netherlands, to help support technology businesses throughout the country amidst the growing and evolving IT market. The move marks Eurostaff’s first venture in the Netherlands as it continues with its growth expansion plans.
 
An initial team of six will use the support of the wider Cordant Group, in-house expertise and local knowledge to connect with talent and provide opportunities for a wide range of roles within the technology sector throughout the country. With successful offices in four different countries across the world, the company has ambitious plans for its new office, including a plan to build a 60-strong team in the next three to four years.
 
Iwan Elzinga, Business Manager at Eurostaff, who is leading the office in Utrecht said: “The Netherlands is a hotspot for technology, however there is a large gap in the number of vacancies filled each year. This office in Utrecht allows us to deliver a very personalised approach with recruitment professionals that understand the culture, speak the language and are close to the clients and candidates in the communities they operate in.”
 
The expansion follows the recent appointment of Saman Tabrizi as Staffgroup’s new Managing Director to help the company as it embarks on the next stage of its growth. Saman, who previously spent over four years leading the organisation’s German division in Berlin, will now oversee both of Staffgroup’s companies, Eurostaff and Earthstaff in London, Berlin, Hamburg and now Utrecht.
