Cordant Projects delivers mechanical services at new flagship restaurant

Cordant Projects, part of Cordant Services, has played a key role in the construction of one of Manchester’s most talked-about dining rooms. The company delivered a range of mechanical installation services during the creation of Grand Pacific, a new bar and restaurant owned by Living Ventures Group.

An in-house team of specialists installed the heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and sanitary systems across the whole premises, including both front and back of house. In addition, Cordant Projects ensured all the necessary services were in place at the site, such as water, drainage and gas systems. The 16-week programme was completed on time and to budget.

Cordant Projects was awarded the contract following a competitive tender, which initially saw three companies shortlisted. The company has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Living Ventures Group, delivering a range of services across more than 20 restaurants since 2015.
