PALETHORPES BAKERY OPTS FOR INCENTIVE TEC AT MARKET DRAYTON FACILITY
Incentive Tec, part of leading independent facilities services company Incentive FM Group, has further strengthened its presence in the food and drink sector after securing the delivery of engineering services to Palethorpes Bakery, part of the Addo Food Group.

Incentive Tec, part of leading independent facilities services company Incentive FM Group, has further strengthened its presence in the food and drink sector after securing the delivery of engineering services to Palethorpes Bakery, part of the Addo Food Group. The company will be delivering a range of dedicated engineering services at the production facility in Market Drayton.
This new agreement - which represents the first time the two organisations have worked together – incorporates vital M&E and HVAC services. The support contract will include electrical, refrigeration and pipe-fitting services They will ensure all existing equipment and infrastructure remains fully functional and compliant with the latest health and safety regulations, whilst also working on any new installations. Outside of regular business hours, Incentive Tec will provide additional 24/7 support from the organisation’s in-house mobile team.
Paul Leese, Chief Engineer at Palethorpes Bakery, said: “ it is vital that our production facility remains operational and runs as efficiently as possible. We were looking for a dedicated partner that would take the time to understand how we work and deliver expertise at every opportunity – We feel Incentive Tec have the ideal skill set and technical knowledge to support the site on an ongoing basis.
