INCENTIVE FM WINS CONTRACT WITH TAYLOR WIMPEY CENTRAL LONDON
Incentive FM, the UK’s leading independent facilities company, has been awarded a 12 month rolling contract to provide a range of services at Taylor Wimpey Central London’s new, prestigious marketing suite in Piccadilly.

Under the terms of the contract Incentive FM will be providing reception, hospitality, cleaning and post room services to the company. A team of full time and part time staff will be operating 5 days a week to deliver high levels of cleanliness and quality hospitality care to prospective and existing clients of Taylor Wimpey.
Taylor Wimpey Central London recently launched the Marketing Suite to showcase the different options available for its developments such as the range of kitchens, flooring and wall finishes.
