Moscow Rose by 10 Points in the Global Ranking of Innovative Cities in the World
Moscow took 38th place in the global index of innovative cities of the world 2thinknow (Innovation Cities Global Index), having risen by 10 positions over the year. In November 2019, the rating came out 12 times and covered more than 500 world cities, as explained Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

“In 7 years, Moscow has made a significant headway in its development, having risen more than 150 positions in the 2thinknow rating: in 2012, the city took 192th place there,” said Denis Tikhonov, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development of Moscow.
